Avi and his staff were most personable. I was extremely pleased with the laminate choice; it looks gorgeous, just like hardwood floors. I was under great pressure to have the carpet and laminate installed in a timely manner for my new renters. Avi came in on Sunday evening. He informed me that my first choice in carpet was not in stock and made an appointment that Wednesday for me to choose another color. He managed to install the carpet and laminate the following Sunday. To top it all, the price was the lowest of all the rest of the bids. He managed to charge me for the laminate and carpet what the others were charging just for carpet.

My wife and I bought a house and completely gutted it. Being the brave soul that I am I decided to be my own general contractor....(never again:) ) When HRS/The Carpet Warehouse came out to our "house", he was full of information and helped us narrow down what type of floor we were looking for and what we could afford. We found him to be very educated in his field and felt very comfortable with him. The result was a beautiful installation of brazilian cherry solid hardwood through out the house as well as a gorgeous chinese maple for our bedrooms. But it didn't stop there.... we were so happy with HRS/The Carpet Warehouse that we called them back to carpet our basement and install a runner for us on our steps a year later, and they still remembered us!! BOTTOM LINE: HRS/The Carpet Warehouse delivers, shows up on time, cleans up, and has GREAT customer service, all for an affordable price!!! I would highly recommend HRS/The Carpet Warehouse for all your flooring projects.

I have recently had my second floor re-carpeted and I was very impressed with the product (the carpeting is very durable and the padding is extremely comfortable). We had several estimates and HRS/The Carpet Warehouse gave us the lowest price for much higher quality products than what the other companies were offering in our price range. We had them also install the carpeting and were very happy with the installers and how knowledgeable they were (we had a staircase runner installed and they showed us all the different ways that they could install the runner- we ended up opting for the waterfall style and we love the end result). I would recommend HRS/The Carpet Warehouse and would use them again.

When I first spoke to HRS/The Carpet Warehouse about replacing my carpet with something that would be easy to clean, and that wouldn't clash with the current tiled areas in the rest of the house I wasn't sure what to expect. But Avi Gunzburg arrived on time in an, apparently, fully equipped truck, and the friendly, yet professional, flooring expert examined my stained carpet, expertly measured the room and assured me that they could put in a new floor of my choice that would not warp or crack. The salesman was knowledgeable, able to answer all of my questions easily and had the exact type of material that this old house needed and it matched the rest of my house!
He told me that they warranty their work. He worked out an estimate that I considered to VERY reasonable, and I signed the contract. On the date arranged, two men, clean, neat and very polite, showed up to replace my carpet with Mannington Laminate Tile Flooring. I was amazed at how quickly they worked. There was no harsh smell and they meticulously cleaned up after themselves. When they were through my new floor looked GREAT! I could see why they stood behind their work. From start to finish, the HRS/The Carpet Warehouse workers were knowledgeable, quick and thorough, and I was and am thrilled with the results. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great prices and efficient workers.
